Tom’s instruction was very instrumental in helping me develop a better approach to public speaking and employee management. My posture and voice were weak in some areas and he pointed out how to exude more confidence and power when speaking. He also gives good advice on how to manage employees effectively and positively. I am sure that our company will utilize him again in the future since his methods are clear and they work!
