- Lock down content before practicing presentation
- Put it on its feet! Practice presentation as if you are giving it
- Practice with audio/visual support and with video camera or people, if possible

- Listen or judge yourself as you speak
- Use audio/visual support if you have not practiced with it
- Leave elements of your presentation unrehearsed then try to wing it
